Marketing Liverpool has revealed the plans for its stand at MIPIM 2020.
MIPIM in Cannes is the world’s leading property market event which brings together the most influential players from all the international property sectors. The event takes place between 10-13 March with 26,800 participants signed up.
A number of Liverpool MIPIM partners will be speaking on the stand, discussing their projects and research and making business announcements, alongside taking part in the general conference events programme.
The stand was designed by Marketing Liverpool designer Ian Slater, and will be built by Identity. We are reusing the previous year’s stand, which is tried and tested and which our delegates love, but it has been updated with the refreshed branding for 2020, and includes a new seating area.
Ian Slater, lead designer for Marketing Liverpool said:
“Following on from previous successes, we return to the Palais with our winning formula, the fantastic people that make up the Liverpool City Region delegation. Again we welcome back Bean Coffee as associates and Identity as our appointed contractors who support us brilliantly for the duration of the exhibition.
This year we have further evolved the functionality of our stand, creating a new private seating area and ‘café style’ meeting and work space, to encourage visits and host conversations. The topical theme of healthy buildings forms a new centrepiece, highlighting one of the world’s healthiest buildings -‘the Spine’ – part of our city region’s £1bn Paddington Village development, set to open later this year. Together with partners, we have created a unique and enticing space that exhibits high-quality craftsmanship and innovative thinking. The use of warm and welcoming materials communicate something important about Liverpool City Region, giving our delegation and visitors a great space to start talking.”
