Marketing Liverpool works year-round to get positive press coverage for the city region, promoting it as a destination for visitors, events and businesses. Sometimes it’s hosting press trips to get a dozen Chinese journalists here to write features, other times it might be getting a US TV crew make a Liverpool segment for a travel channel.
We also work on projects with certain organisations where we can bring something different to their PR – recent clients include Liverpool Waterfront, DreamWorks Lights and Liverpool Biennial.
Marketing Liverpool also deliver social media and content for a number of Liverpool brands including VisitLiverpool, Liverpool Convention Bureau, Invest Liverpool and the city place brand, it’s Liverpool.
The team regularly attend launch days, city-wide events and press launches to ensure that the good news of Liverpool spreads fast on social. With a total combined audience of 163,000 (February 2017), our members have a huge opportunity to sell their product to our committed audiences that are growing every day.
